Jonathan acts mainly for commercial clients in the prevention and resolution of disputes whether by advising on avoidance, negotiation, mediation or litigation. Most of his work arises from medium owner managed businesses, insolvency and timeshare schemes.
He also has over 15 years’ experience of running a large debt recovery and insolvency department and is particularly interested in the use of IT in legal work to improve cost efficiency.
With an early background in medical sciences, Jonathan brings a logical and analytical approach to legal problems whilst always seeking a pragmatic solution.
He is a member of the Organisation for Timeshare in Europe.
