Jane spent the first 6 years of qualification as a Solicitor with Alsop Stevens Batson (Now DLA) and then moved to DWF for two years. She joined Guy Williams Layton in 1990 and was made a Partner in 1992.
As Head of the Private Client Department she has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of private client work ranging from insolvent estates to multi million pound trusts and estates. She believes it is of particular importance in her area of work to provide a friendly, reassuring and approachable service either at our office or in the client’s own home.
Jane is assisted by Ian Ritchie and Gwen Collins in the private client areas of work and by Sylvia Bates in residential conveyancing.
For those clients who would prefer to visit an office on the Wirral we have a branch at Heswall and would always be pleased to meet clients there.
Jane is a Tax Commissioner and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
